My understanding is that to seed you need the whole game downloaded then as others get fully downloaded you can seed off of them. There are 10 of us trying to get to that point.

I'm the only seeder until others finish. Right now there are about 10 or 12 people around half way done. They usually all get done on Wednesday afternoon and then we'll have a few seeds (most of them will close theirs down like dip shits.)
