My mom used to hate our old washing machine. It had a loose bearing or something and she would have to sit on it to keep it from bouncing around the laundry room. She seemed to enjoy it though.

youtube is your friend on this. Ive had problems with my washer and youtube has saved me money. Mine is not a front loader.
Be sure and use the name and model number. Most likely its a common problem. Samsung is a useless company for support. I have learned the hard way on a plasma TV of theirs. |

Tried the reset thing and also cleaning out the trap. It is still doing it so I am thinking I might need to tear apart. As Srvy suggested youtube is your friend. Found a video on how to tear it apart and get the pump out.

There is a water pump in there, if you can figure out how to get to it, the intake of that is where I've found a baby sock before that was screwing ours up.

I know it sounds like a dumb question but check your drain hose. Make sure it hasn't fallen bellow the waterline. But i think this only keeps it from filling and running right out the drain.
