My sleep patterns are all messed up. WTH do I do to fix this.
Last night an enigma occured. I went to bed but didn't go to sleep. Throughout my life I could always count on sleep coming when I go to bed but last night I think I assumed to much. Thank god all of my classes are Mon, Wed, and Fri. I ended up sleeping from 10am till about 5pm today. Its not a good. I feel like a vampire.

What do I do to get back on track?

I still have not tried the stuff in general but plan to sometime...to interesting not to try out.

Not really more so than anything else. Although I have that problem in general. I have a pretty weak stomach and am prone to getting the sick mornings after drinking...I prob drink a little less than the average college student. Since I dont drink that often, when I do..i dont do alot of beer.
