Local CBS Head Sports anchor Dan Lucy was on the radio and said that he was still trying to get the game aired. Said this market has the numbers to support it and that the local affiliate would capture a lot more viewers than the regular programming.

I just called Sir Gregorys here in Springfield and they said they are going to have the game on tonight.
At this point i don't know what to believe.

Just to hijack the thread momentarily, can I ask the members from Springfield where the best place to go for Chiefs stuff is around here? I went to Caveman yesterday and found some signed footballs and jerseys. Also, the best Halloween costumes? Just wondering.

Why? Most Chief's fans wouldn't listen to them and almost certainly not on a game day. Most of his listeners are women who care nothing about football, in fact most are probably like my wife and hate the Chiefs simply because I love them so much.

Might have something to do with the 3 1/2 hours that the world stops turning for 16 or so days out of the year.
