I think after watching this season a WR is not a high priority. Sammie Parker can get the job done if given the chance. When Kennison leaves I believe Boerichter can get it done. I believe a more pressing needs are O line, safety, DE, DT, FB, and QOTF. We should address safety and O line thru FA if possible cause they will need to contribute right away. Maybe make a trade for a DT/DE/QOTF if we can't get one in FA. Then we can draft best available player. If not then our scouting department better do a better job then they have been in the past. I don't believe we need to rebuild next year at all!!!

There aren't any Defensive Ends to draft.......Since we have Allen, Abraham doesn't exactly fit either unless you wanna have 2 small ends that get run all over.

Um there's 2 Defensive Ends, those guys are going top 5, hence there aren't any Defensive Ends for the Chiefs to draft. There are not going to be quality Ends on the board at pick 21.

Last year was year 2 of the 2-year cycle.

I really really hate that too..........They'll play off that they went 10-6 and don't need that much help.

No they won't.

They'll come out and say that we spent all of our money last year and it's a 2-year cycle.

They do this everytime.

There's only 1 or 2 teams in the league that don't run on a 2-year cycle.

It's the reality of the salary-cap era.

Gotta be on the field to produce and he hasn't gotten that much play. I have faith given a legit chance he will get it done. Don't forget he was supposed to be the starter last year until he got hurt.

Yes, that may be true. But cutting results in dead cap money. We won't sign any high-profile free agents this year, there's just no way.

Remember, we signed Green and Holmes after getting Vermeil. But Green was a trade and Holmes was bargain basement...

I'm not saying there won't be personnel changes. We just won't be signing any guys like Surtain, or even Barber, this offseason. This is a "Lional Dalton" year...

Yep. I don't see any big time free agents coming in this year. We need to try and find a WR in free agency. DT and OT are the biggest needs in the draft.

Draft an OT in the first, QB in the second round.

Anything we do beyond that in FA is gravy
