Why in the hell are we not hiring al saunders? We dont need Herman Edwards, Bob Stupes, or any other of those dumb ass coaching canidates. What we need to do is develop some common sense and patience. Look everybody the offense did good, the defense improved, all we need is a little softer schedule and run of good luck. Luck and scheduling play a major part in this sport.

Dicky V made another dumb ass decision this time by giving up to quick. I respected him at first but you gotta think the reason he came back each of these last five years is becuase he believed he was on the cusp, on the verge, of doing something great. Now I realize Dick is a quitter, and by letting him go Carl is a quitter also. Sometimes you just gotta stick it through. Why in the tarnation do you want to change everything with one year left in the pot, if he loved his players so much he would stay to help them realize thier dreams. He brings Trent here, Dante Here, finally gets on the same page with Larry, gets talent on defense, gets a defensive coordinator and the old crying bastard cant take it anymore?
ALRIGHT THEN GET HIS BITCH ASS OUT OF HERE!! But i tell you what Carl better quit F"ing around and hire Saunders or we need to run his tight ass out of town, and let him and Dick play grab-ass, touchy-feely, some where in the friggin napa valley, on their on time. What in the hell did he bring Dick here for if they were not going to see this thing all the way through? I am tired of the Dumb ass mickey mouse bull#@$!

It's a FACT that we have one of the top HC candidates in our organization right now!

That's the dumbest rule I've ever heard. They need to get rid of it. There are alot of good respectable black coaches in the NFL. If you want somebody (race doesn't matter) you should be able to get him ASAP and not have to **** around with someone you dont want just because he's a minority. Hell if they're gonna do that then they might as well make a rule where women must be considered for coaching positions if there is a vacancy somewhere. It's a traveshamockery!
