It feels weird not having to work this week. It'll feel even weirder whenever I head to the store instead of to work after while.

Its all the same at Joe's crab shack. I would be eating the exact same seafood at the Joe's down here right on the beach as I would in Overland Park or a St. Louis Joe's. Its all fresh frozen.

I bought some Hoki fillets yesterday. Are those grillable? if so, how? Also got some chicken and shrimp that I plan on cookig on the grill this week.
