hmm. I didn't realize that. Well since that's the case it makes sense, but still creates a strange setup leading to interesting circumstances such as a head coach firing his gm. Wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy Shanahan a hand puppet?

this guy gets fired after a few mediocre seasons, 2 straight Superbowl wins. Why the fuck is Carl still here? Zero playoff wins in the past 15 years. I'm not sure if this organization even cares about winning.
