That may account for RBI's, but his struggle to break the Mendoza line is all his. Its still a bit early, but "early" will expire in a month or so.

Given the pitching matchups in Texas, it's VERY disappointing that the Royals didn't take the series. Ponson? 8 innings from freaking Ponson?

Wandered down to Arlington, Texas Thursday to catch an afternoon game between the Rangers and Royals. Took some pics
In 2009, Arlington will replace Irving, Texas as the new home of the Dallas Cowboys. Here's a pic from just outside Rangers Ballpark. According to dallascowboys.com, the stadium will be the largest in the NFL, large enough to contain the Statue of Liberty with the roof closed. The Cowboys and Rangers will now be close enough to where they can no longer have same-day home games (of course. I dont know if they did that before or not) Approaching the park from the Northwest. One of the more aesthetically please parks from the outside. Picture from my seat in section 216, row 4 (paid $12 for this seat). It was a little windy, check out the flags!!! Please, please, please, if you want to go to a Rangers game, take advantage of the "Hot Seats" deal. Log on to texasrangers.com during the 2nd inning of a game and you can get seats for upcoming home games in the Lexus Club Terrace for $12...thats less than half price! And as you can tell from my vantage point...its a great deal. I got a ticket and reserved parking for less than $30 (including the online convenience charges). it was a beautiful day for baseball, in a beautiful baseball park! Two future stars Pitcher Zack Grinke vs. Outfielder Brandon Boggs Sorry about the lack of close-ups, but me $99 dollar cameras got no zoomy-zoom

The biggest positive yesterday...Zack rendered Mike Young (one of the best hitters in the AL) toothless. The batters yesterday were very frustrated, the Rangers radio team said before the first pitch, that the home plate umpire has a big strike zone so it will be a good day for pitchers.
I'm a huge fan of Greinke
