Jim, I think you're a pretty good guy, but this a is an absolute bullshit thread.
Milkman brings up a great point. You're not going to get a "wider" perspective from The Lounge; the only people "here" that can offer a valid perspective on your political image are ones who frequent DC where you express your political views.

This was my thought as well, perhaps a sneaky trick to get a few votes from the old guard?

No there was a time when the Lounge was for every view and every subject. DC was not always separate.

I did not suggest I was a pure conservative, you said I was a pure liberal.

I would be willing to bet you all my casino cash that if you posted a poll asking if you're a liberal you'd be confirmed.
So being as a huge majority is voting moderate, conservative or other. You can send me all your casino cash. In fact only a 1/3 of the voters are voting Liberal.

Heh heh. This is why non-Rainmen people should be restricted from polls. If they're not done properly the results can be spun any way a party wishes, especially when that party has a strong liberal bent.

Hey Phil, I am not really expecting any Casino Cash (in fact I never use it) I just wanted to prove I was viewed mainly as other than a liberal which is true. I bet none of the true liberals people like DEnise HolmeZz etc did not vote me as a liberal. In fact I bet it was mainly hardcore neo-cons (not actually conservatives) that did.
