Hey, at the end fo the day all that matters is you are happy with your purchase. I just was pointing it out as FYI material, and for anyone else considering a similar purchase.

Personally I'd never pay for autographed stuff. I have a bat signed by Buck O'Neill that was a gift from a friend who knew him well, and a Bill Snyder helmet I saw him sign in front of me.

I was messing around. I'm glad you guys point shit out that I may have missed, that was the idea. I don't care if the jersey is real, or not, but that signature better be spot on, otherwise I won't be a happy camper. I guess we'll see when it shows up.

P.S I agree, I never buy autographs off of ebay, this was exception to the rule. The guy has many other items going for much more than this. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Question for you-

I have two sports memorabilia items I want to sell on ebay but I have no idea how much to ask.

The first is an autographed basketball of the 1989 McDonalds All-American game. Some notables on the basketball include (but not limited to)
Shaq
Jimmy Jackson
BoBby Hurley
Kenny Anderson

The second is a game program from the same game that I got most of their signatures on.

I don’t want to get screwed, but I have a feeling I want too much for it. Does anyone have any idea how I can get it "appraised" or even have a ballpark figure?

I wish I could tell you. I don't really buy autographs, and don't know what they're worth. I'd say to put booby on craigslist though. They go for a couple hundred bucks an hour.

I got it. The signature looks good but the jersey is shit. It isn't even remotely close to looking real. It'll look good enough in a picture frame though, so I'm keeping it.
