I have the new iphone and love it. I am not sure what all the bitching is about. They don't have 3G where I live but I ued it in KC a couple weeks ago and it rocked.

The wifi is great as well.

Apparently AT&T had some 3G blackouts. If you use it regularly, and then it goes away, you really miss it. Not to mention, that some customers have not been able to actually make voice calls on 3G at all, they have to back down.

I like the iPhone, I may bag on it, but that's mainly because I think they came so close to getting it right, that it's a huge shame when they **** it up by making it a closed OS and exclusive to one provider. They design work, but then they got greedy.

My wife got one because she actually needs some of the functionality for her job. Now I can't put the damned thing down. I'm driving her crazy with it. I'll be getting one whenever I'm ready for a phone upgrade in a little over a year. Hopefully there will be a newer and better one out by then.
