If he's truly doing this (I'm not listening to the postgame) - that in and of itself should be grounds for dismissal.

You're paid as a HC to take responsibility for your team - even if you can't "tackle for the players".

Throwing players under a bus is the fastest way to lose a team - which is turn will kill a rebuilding effort.

I can't stand Herm the more I hear him. And this stuff drives me insane.

I admit I liked DV. I also recognize that DV never got us anywhere either. But you have to admit, when the team performed poorly under DV, he ALWAYS said the blame started with him, then went down the coaches.

No one ever told Herm that shit flows downhill.
