We always have two types of stuffing, one oyster and one sausage. I make the oyster, mom does the sausage. I like them both real well but due to the price of oysters in these parts, that one is more of a treat. I was getting a little worried about this year's batch as I wasn't having any luck finding East Coast oysters. Pacific oysters are crap, IMO. But I finally found some yesterday, thus saving our Thanksgiving holiday.
