Another mock to make the morning pass.
We get a new GM of course. He cans Herm and continues the rebuild.

Tony G is out the door for a 3rd. LJ is out the door by swapping our 4th for some other team's 3rd.

A team trades up for our 2nd round pick. As a result we move down about 10 spots in the round and pick up a 5th in the process.

All the possible 1st round QBs declare. Stafford, Bradford, Sanchez, Freeman, Tebow. Draft experts league wide are calling this the Marino/Elway/Blackledge draft part deaux.

I'd be fine with this draft. You'd think we'd be able to find ONE LB out of that crop Direckshun has us drafting.

Is it speculative? You bet your ass it is. Would this be a good draft? I'd sure as hell like to see it.

I don't "mind" this draft necessarily, but I think the Chiefs will address the linebacker position in free agency and address the offensive line (C, RG, RT) in the draft.

There's more than a few linebackers in free agency that would quickly upgrade that unit whereas I'm not seeing that in O-lineman.
