Misc I need help from people in the IT field. - Page 2

I plan on moving to Topeka at the end of May or beginning of June. I currently work in the IT field doing PC repair and Network troubleshooting. I am willing to commute to Lawrence or KC for the right job. I don't have a ton of qualifications. I am A+ Certified and have 4 years of experience with PC repair and basic network troubleshooting including active directory. I am currently studying to get CCNA and MCSE Certified. If anybody knows of any openings I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I had planned to move over a year ago, but I couldn't sell my house. It finally sold so now the only thing I need is a job. I am definitely not moving without one in this economy.

Your very best bet to find work right away is to contact a temp agency. I'll shoot you the # of a contact I have here. They seem to always have jobs in the paper.

Lawrence is about as bad a job market as could be created for IT folks. People there hire college students for $10 an hour.

Topeka or KC would be your best bet.

Do you have any scripting experience?

I wish but she is the type that has morals so she wants to be a Prosecutor and eventually a judge. There is no serious money on that career path.

I don't know any poor judges.
