I close on my house today. Thank god I don't move very much. Moving totally sucks ass.

Moving in town and moving cross country are two different animals. For me the last time was 1999 from Flagstaff to Austin for a family of 5 (with 3 cats, that's always fun). Now we have one out of the house with another about to leave. We have no plans to move until the kids are grown, if then.
