HOF question - Reeves vs Dungy
I saw a poll recently that asked the question of whether or not either of these coaches was a "Hall of Fame" coach. Tony Dungy was an overwhelming "YES" and Reeves was extremely borderline.

Dungy was a big part of turning the Buccaneers around though. He did have some success without Manning. They were maybe the most embarrassing franchise in pro sports when he took over. I'm pretty sure they went to the playoffs more times under Dungy than all of their previous history combined. I would have to say if he doesn't make it there probably aren't many modern coaches that deserve to. Belichick and Shanahan are the only ones with more rings (I think)... and none of them have won as consistently.
