Don't care for it overly crispy but medium well is pretty good. It all depends on what the bacon application is being prepared for.
Bacon and eggs? Crispy Bacon cheeseburgers? Crispy Wrapped fillets? Medium You get the point. However, I do like it medium rare on occasion. Well done? If its thick bacon, yeah. If its the thin 3 bucks a pound Bar S crap, well done works. Posted via Mobile Device |
