Could this team be 0-5?
I'm betting the Bills are gonna be pretty angry and ready to play on Sunday in their opener. They know they sucked ass on the road and have to keep up with the Pats, plus they are already down in the division.
We all know that we suck ass on the road, so it wouldn't surprise me to see us start out well, then fall apart.

Saints are gonna wax us too. No way this defense stops Brees and his receivers.

Chargers are the best chance for a win because their OL sucks and they can't get much pressure on the QB. Oh and they don't have that brokedick RB or their touted WR from San Diego State. But they do have one thing we don't...a franchise QB.

And I'm not even gonna discuss the Ravens. We might as well not show up for that game.

If we are at 0-6 at the bye week, we had better clean house right then and there. Go grab some super-scout out of the Ravens organization and start over. Granted, our defensive players would probably look 10 times better if we used the Raven's ridiculously aggressive defensive scheme rather than this antiquated read and react bullshit. Plus personnel-wise we compare slightly favorably to the Raven's defense at this juncture.

This team let a missed FG effect their momentum and "lost focus" after getting down by 10 at home. So yeah, 0-5 is possible, especially if we lose to Buffalo.

...with five guys out on defense we couldn't afford one mistake by the offense. We couldn't stop the Falcons with all those guys out. However, I agree that asking Cassel to come from behind is a tall order.

If we go 0-6, I hope we start Stanzi and clean house.

Injuries and being mentally soft we're 2 separate issues I saw on Sunday. We can get the injured guys back.

Stanzi wasn't even active Sunday, why would he come in at 0-6?

Because at that point you throw the towel in on the season. Fire Pioli, fire crennel, fire daboll.

Give Jim Zorn interim duties. Lose. Lose some more. When you're done losing, draft the best QB available.

If this team goes 0-5 into the bye, there's no point in pretending there's any hope. I for one would be celebrating every loss.

You know why?

Because I'm a true fan that knows the team I love will only succeed when the QB position has been addressed.
