I grew up listening to Mitch and Lenny -- was my only option for getting game coverage from where I lived. Always loved his touchdown calls.

Grew up listening to them? Damn, you're just a young pup.

I really wish I could listen to Mitch and Lenny. Dierdorf and that other idiot were driving me crazy on Sunday. Dierdorf kept making dumb arguments and the other guy kept getting names wrong and such. I would listen to the radio with the sound on the tv off if not for the 7 second delay.

I think Mitch is great. Sure, he comes up with some bizarre nicknames at times, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he is a great and passionate announcer. He definitely makes the game more interesting, IMO. And yes, I have heard calls from other teams. Many aren't nearly as exciting.

Didn't start following the Chiefs until my dad moved to Kansas City in 1993 - I was ten.

The only nickname I hated was The Centaur. Seriously, I get it, half man half beast, bad ass, running people over...but it just sounded dumb. Thankfully LJ is nothing more than a bad memory for me, so I'll let that go.
