This all day long. Only other one that comes close is the Honeycrisp, but it has some kind of subtle underlying taste to it that I find offputting.

Gotta try an ambrosia, sounds good. Honey crisp is my favorite though. Pink lady is good, but it's not as crisp. They are more like a golden delicious in texture, kind of smooth and not as juicy.

I like honeycrisp for regular eating.
I made some cooked apples from honeycrisp a few weeks ago. They had some kind of stringy material running through them that only appeared upon cooking them down. WTF? |
