Chiefs What position do we need to upgrade the most? - Page 2

After reading some posts, some think Kendrick Lewis should be the first to go on defense. I could agree. What about on offense? I think our first pick has to be a WR in this upcoming draft. If we are keeping Smith, he's going to need more targets. I do, however, like Hemingway.

With our 1st pick in the draft what position do you think we go?

I think a general rule in the modern NFL is that you should use a 1st round pick on a QB every year if you don't have a franchise guy. If you have a franchise guy, you invest a 2nd or 3rd every year. You pick the best QB and make the others trade bait.

Aside from that, we clearly need a FS and WRs. FS may be the top priority.

We need to get better when returning kicks as well. Our offense needs all the help it can get. McCluster just can't get it done.

I think the answer is obvious - its WR. We don't have a single WR on the Chiefs that could start for Denver. Bring in every free agent Tight End on the planet and draft one too if it makes sense on the draft board.
