Since the first Denver game: Smith vs. Manning

Over the last 5 games:

Smith: 63% completions, 7.5 yds/attempt, 14 TD, 2 INT - Chiefs: 36.8 PPG
Manning: 62% completions, 7.4 yds/attempt, 14 TD, 4 INT - Broncos: 32.8 PPG

FRANCHISE. Who's the best QB in the AFC West right now?

It's true. I'm so glad that my team is stacked with talent across the board to carry Manning in his twilight years.

What is the significance of comparing the stats since the first Denver game? Or is that just the arbitrary cutoff point you needed to make the stats work?

Well, of course.

But in reality... starting with the Denver game, this was the stretch everyone pointed to as an important test, because we weren't playing backup QBs every week anymore, and we'd have to face several playoff caliber QBs.

The significance is to show the CURRENT trend. The first Denver game is a perfect point as it was our starting point after the bye and was 5 weeks ago.

I like your QB stat, I hate that at the same time our defense has also morphed into the donks as well. Hoping the other half of the pppr coming back ends that, but if not I guess we can have an old fashioned no punt shoot out, if Denver makes it that far.
