With the Herm, Haley, Crennel 10 years or so just finishing as one of the worst stretches in chiefs history, whatever they did had to work.

So far it has.

They're back to being a competent organization. Now they've got to take the next step up the ladder.

I don't necessarily agree with how they're going about it, but seeing the success this regime has had in 2 years, I'm willing to give them a chance before I condemned it

Smith needs more help than an elite QB to get the big dance but he is very capable of running Andy's offense and that is why he is here. Let's not forget he has won playoff games and should have been in the SB but SF kick returner fumbled.

He has his moments but it could be worse.

I don't think anyone will say differently.

Arguably, maybe there aren't enough pieces that can be added for that, time will tell.

he's obviously a limited qb. But that's not a rarity in the nfl.
