Some of these are pretty bad.

Peasents and townsfolk didn't walk around armed with much more than knives only nobles could do that but they were expected to have arms in case they were needed ie called up in the militia.

Newton was far in the beginning of the Enlightenment log after the end of the Middle Ages ie 1457 in England.

Heretics were mostly given fines. The Catholic Church didn't believe in witchcraft. Burning at the stake was a protestant things.

You wouldn't see a crusade unless you were in some specific areas. Southern France during the Albegensian crusade or Northeastern Europe during the Teutonic Crusades. The only other crusades in Europe were the Hussite Crusades but they came much later.

I'd live in the Thief world. I've imagined that a lot.

As Thief though.

In fact, video games around this period are my fave's. Good immersion for me.

Lice yes if you didn't bleach your hair with lye which really only the Norse did.
More like sponges or a rag for wiping.
Actually until the Black Death people would bathe as often as they could.

I'd like to have lived as a minor noble, say a viscount. I'd have a nice little castle, wenches with boobs pushed together to make massive cleavage in those dresses, and land to grow fruit trees and have livestock. I'd be feasting on fine food and ravishing wenches happily.

The food is going to be really bland.

Spices were expensive and things like allspice and chilis are new world things.
