Nathan's dogs are decent, in themselves. But NY has all the shitty toppings. Chicago dog is where it's at.

I'd prefer to not interact with arrogant asshole east coasters. Mid west people have a lot more common respect for eachother in general.

Statistically speaking, this is an even matchup. KC has the edge on offense, NY has the edge on starting pitching. Both teams have great defenses.
KC has an edge on the bases; this may give the NY pitchers fits (not unlike last season). KC's bullpen was a definite advantage prior to Holland's injury. Now, they have to hold a lead going into the 8th, rather than the 7th like last season. Herrera & Davis (for you NY fans unfamiliar with KC's bullpen, these two are ridiculously good...it's almost unfair...and with Holland, the closer, a KC lead going into the 7th meant a guaranteed Royals win) are still too much for any team to overcome. see: http://www.sportingcharts.com/mlb/te...SeasonMin=1990 As far as Mets fans are concerned, I've never met an obnoxious one, and I work with a bunch (my company is HQ'd right by Times Square). They seem about the same as the SF fans, who were generally cordial; but Mets fans lack the entitlement of the Giants fans (not surprising, considering the Giants' recent success). **** the Yankees, and every one of their fans.

I have tons of New York friends in Los Angeles (and a few that live in New York) that all tell me that the Mets pitching is nearly unbeatable. Their pitching staff is deep and they have good hitters and defense.
I watched the Mets in postseason and came away unimpressed but they all say that the Mets make every team look boring and sloppy because of their pitching and hitting. I have no idea if that's true but rest assured, that will be the narrative from the national media. |

Uber?
KC wouldn't have uber if it wasn't for NYC. We've had it since like 2011. |
