Resources for Personal Development

I've really tried to invest in personal development over the last couple years of stepping into a leadership position and wondered what resources (Books/Websites/Podcasts/Other) you all use for personal development. And maybe as people share things, I can add them to the OP.

Podcasts:
EntreLeadership Podcast
Tim Ferriss Podcast
Jocko Willink Podcast

Books:
The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
Grit by Angela Duckworth
Never Go Back by Dr. Henry Cloud
12 Rules for Life by Dr. Jordan Peterson
7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Covey
The Lean Startup by Eric Ries
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a **** by Manson
How Successful People Lead by Maxwell
The 21 IRREFUABLE LAWS OF LEADERSHIP By John Maxwell
The Slight Edge by Olson
Competing on Analytics: The New Science of Winning (Davenport, T. and Harris, J.)
Brilliant or Blunder: 6 Ways Leaders Navigate Uncertainty, Opportunity, and Complexity (Lippitt, M.)
No Excuses!: The Power of Self Discipline (Tracy, B.)
The Lean Turnaround (Burne, A.)
Deep Work by Cal Newport
Spiral Dynamics by Don Beck
Napoleon Hill "Think and Grow Rich"
Edward L. DeciWhy "We Do What We Do: Understanding Self-Motivation"
"Linchpin" by Seth Godin
"Set for Life" Scott Trench
"The Willpower Instinct" by McGonigal
Tribes, Purple Cow and The Dip (Godin).
"The War of Art" and "Turning Pro" Steven Pressfields
Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink
The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team (Lencioni)
Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People"

Websites/Apps:
Flipboard (Allows you to customize stories, creating a personal "magazine"
EveryDollar (Dave Ramsey's Budgeting website)
Duolingo (Trying to become bi-lingual.)
Kansas Leadership Center (https://kansasleadershipcenter.org)
Catalyst Leader (http://www.catalystleader.com)
rsdfreetour on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/rsdfreetour

Other:
Prager University (Yeah, I'm a conservative, but their videos are outstanding IMO)

I'll probably think of more and add later, but these came to mind.

Any good literature for patience? (for when I have to play live poker)
Or how about for calmness and relaxing when you are upset (for when I lose $4,000+ in a gambling session)

Sometimes I about lose my shit when I get screwed. I bought a punching bag, but doesn't seem to help much. I also yell at my cat, and call him names. He is unfazed, but helps out a little bit when I call him names like little **** and stuff.

I'm sure those are all good suggestions, you have to be careful not to read too many back to back because the message can get deluded. I always go with some lighter reading after I finish one of these types of books so you can fully absorb the information.

Right on.

Most stuff I’ve read has been business stuff. I’m a dork for business.

Definitely read that Slight Edge book. It would be a really good fit for what you’re doing.
