Strange but True - Page 2

Maybe I’m just crazy but last Monday night during the first half of the game I was wearing blue shorts and a white t-shirt. I said to myself these are the colors of the Seahawks, so after the half I changed into some Red shorts and a gray T-shirt. That is when we started to come back and eventually win. Talk about weird.

I did the exact same thing with the Seahawks game. Now I have to record over about 2 1/2 quarters of something else.

My Derrick Thomas jersey was bad luck for me last year, but I put it on last Monday night after the game to collect on a bet with my neighbor! This year my Royals tee has been batting 1000. I also have the game on in the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom and in the garage. I rotate to all of them like a nomad, especially in tight games. Great way to avoid punching any one wall.

I was visiting very hot locales on both week 1 and 2 games. Way too how to wear my jersey, i thought, so I only wore a Chiefs T.
Come week 3, I say, '[b]THE HELL WITH THIS shit!!![/b]', and wore my DT jersey, 100+ degrees or not! Workin on a 3game winning streak now!!

Another example: Following the SD game and the Elvis is growing the beard thing, I haven't shaved the goatee since!! Once again, I tell you, [b]3 in a row!![/b]
I should tell you here, that I am not blessed(or cursed?) with well growing facial foliage. Even my now 2.5 week goatee looks like little more than sparse fuzz!! (I've left myself wide open here, I know)

Still another example: My wife has a particular clothing article (no questions, please) she has deemed to be good luck. {Man, I'm tellin ya, it is [b]SSSSOOOOOOO SSSWWEET[/b] to have the Mrs. as die hard as I am for KC Chiefs football!!!} Anyway, she is 7 months prego, so nothin fits anymore. At halftime she tells me she's worried cause she's not wearin her _______. So, to make this story as short as possible, she puts on the luckies at halftime, and...
