Chiefs -9 1/2 vs. Houston -- WHAAAAAAT?

The early Stardust line came out and they listed the Chiefs as 9 1/2-point favorites. I don't know if they think that the betting public is going to be all over KC because they are "due" or something like that but I just don't get this number after the way we played these last two games -- ecsp. the Carolina game. Houston hasn't shown anything either but this line should be less, IMO...
