We have a longstanding policy here that if you're not contributing to the football board at all, you're not a productive member.

I just ran a cross-section of your posts, and you've talked less football in the last few months than ClearVision.

You yourself said you're just not passionate about football anymore. A quick glance at your posts suggest that if you're that narrowly focused on human interest stories and politics, there's better bulletin boards for you to frequent.

And before anyone comes running in screaming about how unfair this is, it's happened before. We've banned multiple people under this very same premise.

Guess again, genius. None of those 500 came from before the DC split. In fact, it looks like 500 might be the maximum number of posts retrievable by the search function so he probably has a significantly higher Lounge-only post count. You just got it wrong. No big surprise there.

I readily admit that I know relatively little about football. But, since joining here, I've learned quite a bit. Not just about the game but also all the activity that leads up to the season. Since I don't know much about football, my contributing (let alone starting) in a football thread is limited. I love the thread that someone started (Iowanian?) that was a Football 101.

What is funny about that is a grown man orchestrated a campaign and coordinated it apparently off the board in an attempt to make something happen with regards to me...

Me, I've contacted NO ONE and asked NO ONE to support my continued presence here.

(Though I'm grateful for those who have gone on record against the nonsense that was perpetrated the past few days no matter what their motivation.)

I wasn't saying you do it all the time. I was just responding to rad who responded to my response to your post. The word 'opinion' inherently recognizes the fact of others' opinions and doesn't present itself as the only opinion that matters. Your response to me displayed that particular self-righteous bent which probably also led to your starting a campaign to get another poster banned.
