From the tv it looked like there were a lot more people there. I'm really proud of the fans that have been going though. They have been fantastic all year.

The Royals have already had 7 crowds of 30k+ this year. Last year they had 8 all season.

I think because of the outfield seats now and such it tends to make the stadium look more full. I knew the second we pulled up to the parking lot toll booth it was going to be a weak crowd. Where I go into the stadium parking it is as very little used gate typically. I can tell if there are any cars there or not if it will be a good crowd. I was the only one there so..... think the weather had a lot to do with it.
