lol, im not reading all 21 pages, but she should have let him go by in the first 35 seconds. A little douchy, but im sure there is more to that video we didnt see. Obviously she was pissed off by him already, so she said **** you, you passme. Ok, he passes her then he slows back down to flip her off. Now he's the bigger douchebag and dumbass trying to highside with the gas pedal. 90 percent him, 10 percent her. Thats how i see it.

Good lord you ppl are amazing. Whats worse, going too slow in the left lane or placing others in danger by tailgating the shit out of them? Ill give you a hint, its not the ****ing first one. Literally like HALF of accidents are caused because of morons following too closely. I dont care if someone is in the left lane or not. Tailgating someone is placing the both of you in harms way. My biggest gripe is cops that ticket someone going 6 over, but not tailgaters. Nobody EVER gets following too closely tickets even though thats what causes millions of accidents. And GTFO on saying you cant pass in the right lane. You will not get a ticket EVER for passing someone in the right lane especially if they are driving in that lane indefinitely.

nothing infuriates me more on my 45 minute commute each day when some a-hole drives in the fast lane, right at the speed limit or less, holding up everyone behind them.

There is an unwritten rule in CA.....if you're in the fast lane, and you're doing 100, and a car comes up on your bumper doing 110, you get the hell over.

And by the way - it's in the flippin' driver's manual. The left (or passing lane) is for PASSING ONLY.

That all said, I've actually had this go through my head before (about what I would do if this scenario happened to me)....I would have stopped to help or call 911....regardless of how much of a douche someone is in the moment.

That person might be a father/mother, etc. etc......at the end of the day, they are a human being.

As was mentioned several times, this was a controlled-access road. This was not a limited-access freeway. There are left turn lanes, so hanging out in the left lane would not be uncommon.

In the left lane dragging ass and either on their cell phone or in a mini-van. Ahead of them nothing but open road.

Cops later arrested the guy for reckless driving.

What about the bitch being in the wrong lane going too slow and with one hand on the wheel and the other on the phone.

She should have been cited too.
