We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

It's a slow creep getting back up to running a 5k for a workout. Just did 2.5 myself today, I could feel my knee and groin tell me to stop so I did. Until some of this weight comes off, it's going to be slow going, but I did manage it at a 5.2 mph clip with a 6.0 mph burst the last quarter mile.

Crockpot cooking is pretty good. I found a recipe years ago for chicken breast and pasta with assorted flavors from a crockpot, and it was delish.
