The Pacers are doing exactly what they have to do to give themselves a chance against a superior team. They're turning these games into physical slow paced grinds. Outside of times in game 3, they haven't let Miami get out on the run very often.

It's not that it wasn't the "right" call. By the book, it's a foul. It's just you can make that same call on very nearly every screen that is made on every possession. Very odd timing to do it then.

It was called about the same as the first 2 games, Miami had 5 more fouls called against them than the Pacers (30-25).

He is moving his feet on a screen as the player passes, makes contact with the offensive player (in fact, significantly stopping his momentum), and if you don't call that then you take away Stephenson's ability to switch off after going around the screen.

It is less likely to be called except that it was clearly a screen. And you know and I know that you have to be stationary if you're setting a screen.
