Food everyone else loves, but you think is overrated
Just thinking about foods that everyone else seems to think is the greatest thing ever, and you just don't get...

Me: Nutella. I'd never tried it until today when someone at the grocery store had samples of those little snack packs. So I tried it. It's not bad, but it's certainly overrated.

So I'm trying to think of other things like this. What do you have for me?

No, it's not. It's an extremely efficient, low-calorie, easy way to get protein. A LOT of protein.

Also, it tastes like chocolate. Protein shakes are pretty much the ****ing bomb. Cheap, too.

Drink skim milk. It'll save you a ton of money kneeling to the BS marketing you're paying for. Those protein shakes are nothing but a process that reduces milk to powder.

I'll be honest. I ****ing LOVE milk. It's NOT overrated. It's ****ing YUMMY with cookies or even toast and peanut butter, shit like that. It's the bomb.

But it's extremely fattening, and not a good source of protein compared to things like eggs, meat or protein shakes.

So, I drink it sparingly, and certainly not every day.
