You think there would have been any fines, suspensions, etc., had it been the other way? No chance. Just as "touchy" to some you know...

Exactly. It's a one-way street by the elites on an issue that is divided among the public. And if you drill down this issue - "a man licking cake off another mans face?" - you can bet your ass the NFL target market (straight white males 25-50) were grossed out by it.

The nfl isn't concerned about their image. They're concerned with creating uniformity to an elitist value system

Yep.

The article quoted in the OP here missed that point too.

You missed the fine print where we're similarly entitled to track down your employer, mortgage holder, and city councilman and forward your remarks to them.

Sam may not have great measurables but he plays a lot more explosive than what the recent talk around him would indicate. He has rare explosiveness off the ball. No one gets 10 sacks in the SEC being a slapick and he was a good enough pass rusher other coaching staffs respected him enough to double him at times. In fact probably the player he resembles most is Tamba Hali, who also had a terrible combine, wasn't a great athlete, etc.

I'd hope it'd be selling more than Tebow considering he doesn't even play in the league anymore.

I hope he does well, personally. I think him falling to the 7th round was a stretch, he should've been picked anywhere from the 3rd round to the 6th round IMO.

3rd round? He is a 6th round talent at best at the NFL level.

He was SEC defensive player of the year! Of course, the Big 12 defensive player of the year with better combine stats went undrafted entirely. It's a conspiracy.
