I agree as I am saying this is on DM. If he goes, so should Ned. But getting a new manager now when the realistic option that DM won't be back next year if this team continues to suck makes little sense to have the manager in place before a new GM.

That's why you call them an interim manager. It's a last ditch effort to win.

Worst case is GMDM waits until late July/early August for the change and we go on a tear. GMDM then convinces dumbass Glass that it was Ned's fault.
