We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

No, but it was pretty basic stuff - diced tomatoes, oregano, spices here and there, let simmer all day then feast...

And now there is no shortage of the healthier types of pasta than what I was using back then. When I was doing it, it was either think spaghetti or angel hair, lol. No whole wheat or multigrain stuff back then (or that I would look for).

I'm betting he says eggs. I flip flop between eggs and fat free cottage cheese. The cc is way more convenient if you're on the go or in a hurry, though. I like both pretty equally.

We just started a biggest loser competition at my work. $40 buy-in, winner take all with the pot sitting at $680 right now. Yesterday was initial weigh-in, final weigh in is April 20th. My starting weight is 257, I'm hoping if I can get close to 200 in 90 days I have a chance to win it all.

I buy huge tubs of cottage cheese and just eat a serving out of the tub before I leave for work.

Also it is 50% protein by calorie. Don't know how that's not a good source of protein.

The only reason I stopped last time was I had appendicitis and had to have it removed. It completely ****ed up my diet because there aren't a lot of low carb options in a hospital. I had lost 30 lbs at that point.
