Anderson gives up the short sided softie, and the Sens are on life support.

The Flames need to call up BigErn to take care of some punks named Burrows and Bieksa.

I am surprised he was not there already with Vancouvers jack ass antics the first two games. Hope he gets up there soon.

He has advanced at least one round in the playoffs 3/6 times, and got to the Conference Finals twice. Not too shabby. Probably should have got to the Stanley Cup Finals at least once with that group but easy to say, not as easy to do. Someone will grab him for sure. I actually hope the Blues beat the Wild, I simply cannot stand that organization.

Would rather promote Mueller as HC than McLellan, tbh.

Any particular reason? The Blues PP was better this year but frankly, it was decent during the regular season before falling apart last year.
He's older than McLellan and never so much as made the playoffs as the HC in Carolina. I've never seen anything to suggest he's a good coach. He may not be an awful one, but if you put his resume alongside McLellan's, Muller loses badly. Objectively there doesn't appear to be much of a contest here so there has to be some subjective reason you'd rather see him than McLellan. Just curious what that may be.

I think he's done a good job with the PP and proved to be OK in Carolina considering how shitty the situation was. Hiring McLellan would be like hiring Marty Schottenheimer. |
