We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Well, I weighed in today after a week of consciously cutting, and I have shitty results.

Still at 198. I'm going to write this week off, keep at it, and weigh again next week. As I've said, it's pretty typical for me to have delayed weight loss/gain.

Chunk light has negligible mercury.

Boiling a couple chicken breasts.

That's the easiest shit ever.

It's my new thing.

Otherwise I usually just open a can of soup, tuna or microwave some eggs in a mug. Oatmeal is easy. Bowl, scoop, water, zap, done.

I'm sure you have some excuse why you can't do these things.

Because I like good food. Not shitty good. Even today I went to a gourmet meat shop to get marinated chicken breasts!!
