It's interesting seeing OU, Texas, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Nebraska, USC, Penn State, ND etc struggle so badly. I cannot even imagine how our fanbase would react if our hoops juggernaut ever sank to these types of levels.

That's why ku fan doesn't need to feel too low. You'll always have Alabama/OU, Indiana, random SEC losses, and the hope that Mizzou will lose (and they will lose some games!).

The distance between the SEC and the rest of the country is going to increase over time, so yes, haters will be more and more focused on outlier games as time goes by.
