I'm having no problems eating right at meal time. My problem is snacking. I need advice on smart snacking. Yes, I'm eating bananas, pears, a hand full of unsalted, unroasted almonds and drinking water daily. I really would like to have something that will tide me over to mealtime .

I had a hell of a day yesterday and ended up only eating 5 slices of bacon for breakfast and a slice of beef jerky for lunch. So close to my lowest weight in the past 5+ years or so. |

Fats don't make us fat? ANYTHING makes us fat if we have too much. It's not just a carbohydrates vs. fats war. It's consuming less calories than you burn. If you take everything in moderation, you'll be fine. Go ahead and keep eating your foods high in saturated fats. Your heart will thank you in 20 years. But please. Knowing that not everyone can/will do that, would you stop shoving it down our throats? TIA. |
