What I am saying is people can start shit and get away with it now...and you shouldn't be following everybody, that's just common sense...When someone is under surveillance, do the make themselves visible? No, Z should have been more under cover with the shit....Just like he didn't know Martin, Martin didn't know Z, so who is to say he wasn't fearful for his life having a strange man following him in the dark?

And I have never denied Martin kicked Zimmerman's ass. The biggest thing I have a problem with is the fact that Zimmerman claims his head was bashed repeatedly against concrete and yet he only had a 0.5cm cut and 2cm cut to the back of his head. Unless he has the toughest scalp in the world, there's no way his head was bashed repeatedly agaisnt the concrete and only produced those tiny insignificant scars.

I have a big problem with the fact that he says he felt his life was in danger. His injuries were consistent with someone in a normal fist fight, not someone who had to tight for his life. People getting their ass beat shouldn't be an excuse to kill someone because if so, all the badasses on CP have had a valid reason to be killed according to the stories they tell about the fights they've been in.
