If it makes you feel any better, I have been steering clear of sandwiches due to bread, processed meat, and cheese. I've also limited my pasta, but A LOT. My yogurt and granola bars that I have for snacks sometimes have carbs though. Sorry to disappoint you.

At least you're doing some form of low carb. Sounds like you're keeping your insulin levels semi-low.

They need to sell raw Pumkins year round, freshly roasted Pumkin Seeds are an awesome snack. Though what you get for 5-6$ is probably not worth it.

Think of me as the Obi-Wan Kenobi of fat loss. "You fought in the fat wars?" "Yes, I was once a Jedi Knight, the same as your fatties."

Low-carb is an extreme approach for weight loss that I fully support if someone is willing to do it, but even though I have enormous qualms about trying to turn it into a lifestyle I don't try to scold one of my closest friends for eating lots of meat and making (really delicious and nicely-textured!) no-carb pizza and everything because it's working for him and he's happy with it.

Peanut, what did your buddy make his 0 carb pizza crust with?
I've found cream cheese, eggs and pork rinds works well.
