BTW, nice road win by the Hawks today. Chalmers is really stepping up and being a leader when they need it. Great defense, too. They were out rebounded in the first half. That was a little disappointing. But they really hit the boards much better in the 2nd. Kaun was a monster inside in the 2nd half.

That was the day I upgraded my programming package. I didn't want to miss a KU game 2 years in a row (Maui last year) by not having ESPNU. Unfortunate that the game ended up sucking.

Kaun is a presence inside but he doesn't play that much. I wish we still had Giles. We would be a better team.

yeah the ban started today so im not exactly sure how this will effect the city at least when i go out to the bar i won't come home smelling like an ashtray

It won't bother me a bit because I don't smoke. Of course, I don't travel out there very often, either - maybe once or twice every couple years. But I know some guys working for the DOT that aren't too happy. They'll just go to the next closest town to stay the night and spend their dough.

Kaun gets plenty of PT. He wasn't great when he first came back from his injury. But he's been making an impact these past several games. Make no mistake, he's a big part of why the Jayhawks have won 7 straight.

Agreed. We were HURTING on the inside without him in there. We're still not great inside, but we're worlds better now.
