Guys like me realize we may not have too many more opportunities to ever see something like Super Bowl 1 and 4 again in our lifetimes.

Yes, I pulled for Croyle. In my entire football lifetime I have never seen a drafted QB by the Chiefs have success. I've seen an endless parade of Cassel's and Quinn's. None of them have ever led us anywhere worth remembering. A nearly washed up Montana came the closest.

So yes, I am pulling for Stanzi. In a big way. If he doesn't pan out...

That just tells me it will be time to draft another one next year. But for right now I'm pinning my hopes to Stanzi.

I've seen far, far to many Cassel's and Quinn's. I know how that story ends.

You are so full of shit and biased. His first read(when his helmet looked sideways in 2nd GIF) was Gray in the flats, then he looks to Maneri and let's if fly when he plants the back foot.

This kid may not throw three TD's in this league, much less the three hundred and counting Brady has put up.

Some of you are so far past "full reerun" there's no coming back.

He'll have to find his balance from the OTHER side of the spectrum. Instead of starting out too cautious, he would likely start out too bold, not afraid to make mistakes. It would take seasons for him to learn control, instead of learning how to open up.
This is why I think his bad overthrow along the right sideline looked so bad. There were several defenders in the area, even though our receiver was slightly behind his defender. Stanzi was under pressure from the D-line. I think he threw it away rather than risk the Int. JMO

I think I'm going to use this excuse whenever Cassel overthrows/underthrows somebody. Should get plenty of use. Thanks.
