I respect the Chiefs, their organization and vast majority of their fans. They have built a great team that only lacks a decent receiving corp. I do realize like all fan bases, there will always be those like yourself and I also know you will probably post an uneducated profanity laced reply, thus, I will Tebow for you tonight as well.
Take your Tebow prayer and shove it right up your AIDS infested asshole. There's your profanity laced reply dickhole.

Cooper is the worst example you could give. You support him while having the worst three game stretch at DB of any player perhaps in Chiefs history, yet you want to pitch the Chiefs receivers in the fire and place the entirety of the loss on their shoulders?

There is no consistency in your points. That's a reason why you're a dumbass.

Oh, Cooper's performance over several games? Just a rookie. Avery's performance today and Fasono's drop? Reason why we lost.

If you had enough sense to be consistent in your views you'd realize that you should probably levy outrage at players depending upon how much they led to the loss.

Were Donnie Avery's drops more damaging than the 250 yards and three TDs that Cooper gave up?

How about you actually look at the play on the field and come to a conclusion from there.

No one.

Did Alex Smith play well enough for the Chiefs to win today… yes

Was Alex Smith's play in the top 5 or even top 10 reasons for why the Chiefs lost today? No

The narrative here is that Smith got ****ed as hard as you can get ****ed, and that's just not true at all. He was let down by his receivers, but he was not outright ****ed to the extent that some of the dipshits on here are claiming

I said it before: he played a nice game. He wasn't terrific, and he wasn't terrible.

Apparently, a degree of gray is no so offensive as to be apostasy.
You're being a bit contrarian and a little fast and loose with the notion that it was all Even Stephen on the # of drops to tough catches on badly thrown balls as if it's a zero sum everybody tied situation.

I like and agree with you almost in spade but on this its a bit myopic in view from realistic justification as if they're counterweighted on an equal scale.

These locker room interviews make it all the worse. None of these guys seem the least bit concerned.

Fred Williamson could have started in place of Cooper today and played better, the defense has no sacks, gives up 530+ yards, and the blame is placed at the feet of Donnie Avery. And here's the thing: Donnie Avery was terrible, but he was 8th hitter striking out three times bad.

This loss isn't on one player or a single position.

Andy Reid didn't throw the INT in the end zone on the first possession.
Andy Reid didn't drop multiple downfield passes that hit him in the hands.

Bob Sutton is a one trick pony who apparently can't compensate when his plan is getting pounded in the ass like it fell down in a prison shower. Bob Sutton didn't get torched, he didn't fail to beat the offensive lineman in front of him to put any pressure on the QB for the 5th week in a row.

The Chiefs had a chance but they shit the bed again.

There were a lot of moments to enjoy in this game, but right on schedule I came home to find my bad girlfriend blowing the Denver UPS man.

I hate Denver. I hope their fans all catch the common cold and I hope the team plane is infected with the ebola virus.

You assume I am only using Avery's drops as example and forget that game situation will determine importance of drops.

The original post that started this mess was that Smith played well enough to win, and then I mentioned drops on top of the stats and you started this shit.

Then you started agreeing Smith played well enough to win while arguing the costliness of the drops.

Who is arguing what here exactly?

Yep. I put alot of blame on Sutton for not coming up with a scheme to fix this defense.
