I played some Battlefield 4(PC) over the break. I found the most enjoyable way to play is to turn off voice & text chat, put on a podcast or something in the background and turn off your brain.

Do you use online game guides?
I had a guide to refer to. I'd start most levels going backwards and stocking up on armor and health and ammo. The bridge level you have to make good use of the rockets on the assault rifle and the laser gun. It's a tough one because you have to keep moving, the guys flank you and get close and inflict heavy damage. I spent most of the time behind a burned out vehicle on the left side. Oh, I also take the chain guns from the downed heavy soldiers and use that first until the ammo is gone. |

The chain gun you have to shoot in bursts. You can always open options and reduce the difficulty one notch and then put it back up after the level, too I think you can also restart the level, or can you choose to start from one chapter back? If you go through both levels of all the railroad cars right before that level you can get plenty of armor and weapons. I think once I kept moving backward from cover to cover and using the health packs there I was able to beat the level. |

Explain to me why I didn't fall instantly in love with Destiny. Granted, I only played about 45 minutes worth, but I just wasn't getting a gamer boner out of it. Do I just need to put more time into it?

lack of story and no clear direction will do that. Its a fun game but no story really kills it for me. I go back to it a few times on the weekends just to try and level up a little but that is the only reason to even play. To level up. I need more than that. As it is now, I do not see myself purchasing any more expansions or Destiny 2. that might change but for now, thats my feelings on it.

I'm sure it would have been great if they hadn't decided to tear most of it out for future releases and stretch it out for 10 years. bungie is a great company but I think selling to Activision was a huge mistake. Would suck for playstation users but I think they would have been better off staying with Microsoft. I bet this game would have been much more complete had they stayed.

Glad I'm not the only one.
I think I'm going to give Battlefield4 a go next. |

Notice how every time he enters a tight opening, he opens the parachute?
That's one of the few flaws in the game. Once the parachute action starts, you can't really go splat. It's cool that he can squeeze thru but not as impressive as it's made out to be. |

Is there anything different about H1Z1 from the other 2 billion early access, open world, zombie-infested, survival games that have cropped up on Steam in the last couple years?

It looks like Miscreated, with shitty environment, The animations suck, the models suck, the textures suck, the performance sucks. Also, Fruit Ninja you missed nothing, no one has been able to play. |
