Haith has always been bad. His Missouri team this season looks lifeless at times in a way that really, truly resembles the Miami team of his that I saw in person.

What sucks is he's going to be here 2 or 3 more years.

They lost to ****ing Georgia at home? Wow. Nicely done, Haith.

Yeah. A&M is ****ing terrible. Can't do shit against a zone. No shooters. They only won tonight because of Mike Anderson, and of course, the Melvin Watkins curse. Kennedy should be canned.

That's a weird problem. You'd think a D-I coach could solve that pretty easily.

Sad...simply sad. Where last year's team played together this group looks like it's a pickup basketball game and everyone's going to get their chance to shoot the rock.
When they have lost (or in some cases barely won) they have played "all about me" basketball. I am probably going to be in the minority here, but the person who most affects this team and seems to be the deterrent to "team ball" is Jabari Brown. I am starting to think that Oregon was smart to let him go. Not far behind is Earnest Ross who like someone else said seems to be pouting more than playing. |

After what the Chiefs did to me, I'm pretty sure the ****ing Cardinals franchise/team is the only nationally televised team in Missouri who want to win enough to actually do what it takes to win.

Quote:
They don't call Jabari Brown "JabarME" for nothing... but I actually thought he played one of his best games as a Tiger last night. Was aggressive driving the ball, took generally good shots, played solid D after not being awake early. That was about the only bright spot, though. They played like garbage last night, which was the only way they were going to lose to Georgia. Problems I see: 1) Ryan Rosburg is playing starters minutes. Like the guy, but he just isn't athletic enough to be a starter for an SEC school. Going to be a LONG conference season for him. 2) Clarkson is not comfortable going left. He's going to have to start rejecting the ball screen and going to his left hand more, or teams are really going to give him trouble. With the pick-setter being such an offensive liability, teams can sell out both defenders to defend the right-hand side of the ball screen and force Clarkson to give the ball up. 3) Earnest Ross is a chucker. He had some nice drives early and some nice moments getting on the glass, but they really need him to consistently put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. He is unwilling to do that, obviously. I liked seeing Torren Jones get some minutes early last night. Hopefully, he is able to take on more of a role as the season goes on, and lessen the minutes they need from Rosburg. His size/athleticism/length are helpful.

I prefer The Brown Hole to JabarME.

It was one bad lost. The coach had just buried is father, so his team was riding an emotional high for their coach. bad losses happen...MU will bounce back.
It's not the end of your season...

Fox had just buried his father? I was not aware of that.
